Linda Waterfall LiquidCity Records is excited to release Linda Waterfall's eight album produced by Trout Records. The album contains a variety of arrangements, both piano- and acousitic guitar-based, with excellent recording and production quality. 'Waterfall' is her real name; her father, Frank Waterfall, was a jazz clarinet player, and her mother sang with his band. Linda Waterfall is a classically trained pianist who "jumped the fence" into popular music, created an unusual finger picking guitar style, and recorded a succession of albums beginning in 1977 (Mary's Garden, Windham Hill) where all kinds of popular influences fused in her unique compisitions. |
